FLA Conferences

All bookings are subject to the following conditions:

Payment

All bookings must be paid for in advance of the conference. Please make cheques payable to FLA and send payment to: Linda Charles, Events Co-ordinator, FLA, Imperial House, 15-19 Kingsway, London WC2B 6UN.

Cancellations

Any delegate cancelling a reservation will be entitled to a full refund if the cancellation is received up to 14 days prior to the event. Cancellations after this date will not be eligible for a refund, but substitutions can be made at any time at no extra cost.

Joining Instructions

A programme and venue map will be sent to you on receipt of your payment and registration form(s) – please allow two weeks for this process. If you have not received any communications after this time, please contact Linda Charles on 020 7420 9626 immediately. All information will be sent to the individual delegate(s).

Data Protection

The Finance & Leasing Association will use the data you provide to process your registration. We would also like to use the data to keep you informed (by post, telephone, email or fax) of other FLA events, products and services. If you do not want us to do so, please write to us at FLA, Imperial House, 15-19 Kingsway, London WC2B 6UN.
