This FLA Asset Finance Risk and Fraud Group event will consider ways in which lessors can control the risk of leasing business after it has been written. Risks covered will include attempted refinancing by customers, uninsured equipment damage and insolvency.
We intend to agree actions to get the FLA’s new asset register into active use and actions to improve working relationships between insolvency practitioners and lessors.
The event will be held at Grant Thornton’s offices near Moorgate in London and will be followed by a drinks reception hosted by Grant Thornton. A small number of exhibition stands will be available at the reception.
