This half day discussion, which has been designed to be an interactive forum for industry decision-makers, will cover such topics as:
* Used car market trends – 2009 performance, residual values by segment, how market dynamics and government policy have and will impact the cars your customers want.
* ‘Average’ vehicle profiles for private, business and fleet customers.
* How to effectively remarket vehicles returned by finance customers for maximum profitability.
* Manufacturer used car strategies – meeting the demands of the marketplace and the impact of new car production.
* Retaining customers through trade-cycle management, lending policy and the right products.
