Information
The CCD introduces major reform to the consumer credit market, which will require lenders to make widespread changes to their documentation, sales procedures and IT systems.
This Workshop will provide lenders with a step-by-step insight into the new requirements and what they need to do to
make sure they are fully-compliant. It will also provide an opportunity for lenders to raise queries and share best practice on implementation.
The CCD will also tie-in closely with the OFT’s forthcoming Irresponsible Lending Guidance - and cross-references will be made over the course of the Workshop.
