Roger Tym is a Partner in the Financial Institutions Group and jointly leads the Commercial and Retail Banking Team. He specialises in retail financial services law, including retail banking, consumer credit and mortgage regulation. Roger has advised extensively in the area of motor finance for a number of years including advising on the changes required by the revised Agreement regulations in 2005. Roger is recognised as a leading lawyer for consumer finance work in Chambers 2010.
Julie Patient is Of Counsel in the Financial Institutions Group. She has been a member of the Lovells Commercial and Retail Banking Team since its inception seeing the team expand from 3 to 12 fee-earners. She specialises in retail financial services law, including retail banking, consumer credit and mortgage regulation. Julie is a member of the FLA CCD Working Group.
Ben Regnard-Weinrabe is Of Counsel in the Financial Institutions Group. Ben has been a member of the Commercial and Retail Banking Team for 8 years. He specialises in retail financial services law, including retail banking, consumer credit and mortgage regulation. Ben has already advised a number of clients on the impact of the CCD on their motor finance operations and has assisted the FLA with its lobbying on issues related to withdrawal from HP and conditional sale agreements.
