This half-day FLA workshop is designed to guide motor finance providers towards best practice in collecting arrears, managing recoveries, appointing repossession agents and treating customers fairly.
This workshop is predominantly focused on the recovery of vehicles.
The event will help explain:
- how best to work with customers in financial difficulty;
- establishing sustainable repayment plans rather than repossessing vehicles;
- ensuring the right management information is in place to inform recovery decisions;
- how to appoint repossession agencies and provide adequate instructions; and
- maintaining relationships with customers by managing and avoid litigation?

The workshop will be of interest to vehicle finance risk, fraud, collections and arrears professionals, as well as senior management from across all lending markets.
