DVLA Accredited Trade Association Code of Practice The FLA is pleased to announce that it has been accepted by the Driver and Vehilce Licensing Agency (DVLA) as an Accredited Trade Association (ATA) for access to vehicle keeper data. From 1 October 2007, no third party can have access to keeper data unless they are a member of an ATA. This Code of Practice governs the FLA’s status, and the responsibilities of third parties with access to keeper data, as an ATA. |
