All bookings are subject to the following conditions:
Fees
Fees include overnight accommodation for two and three day courses, meals and course literature. Personal extras such as drinks, telephone charges are not included in the fee structure.
Cancellation
Any cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the commencement of the course will incur an administration charge of £70.00+VAT per delegate. For any cancellations between 15-30 days there is a charge of 50% of the course fee in addition to the Administration Charge. No refund is given for cancellations made 14 days or less before the commencement of a particular course.
Postponing from one course to another is treated as a cancellation.
You can substitute one delegate for another at no additional cost. If you would like to do this, please let us know before noon on the business day prior to the start of the course
Allocation of places on the courses
The courses are planned primarily for Full Members and Associate Members of the FLA and places are allocated on first come first served basis. However, the allocation is subject to any one company not sending an overwhelming number of delegates on one course in particular. Generally, the limit is four delegates from any one company. The FLA therefore reserves the right to make allocations accordingly.
All allocations should be made using an FLA training course application form. Joining instructions will sent out approximately two weeks before the start of the course. Invoices are sent upon receipt of a completed application form.
We welcome course applications from non-member companies. Course spaces will be allocated where possible.

Payment
All bookings must be paid for in advance of the conference. Please make cheques payable to FLA and send payment to: Linda Charles, Events Co-ordinator, FLA, Imperial House, 15-19 Kingsway, London WC2B 6UN.
Cancellations
Any delegate cancelling a reservation will be entitled to a full refund if the cancellation is received up to 14 days prior to the event. Cancellations after this date will not be eligible for a refund, but substitutions can be made at any time at no extra cost.
Joining Instructions
A programme and venue map will be sent to you on receipt of your payment and registration form(s) – please allow two weeks for this process. If you have not received any communications after this time, please contact Linda Charles on 020 7420 9626 immediately. All information will be sent to the individual delegate(s).
Data Protection
The Finance & Leasing Association will use the data you provide to process your registration. We would also like to use the data to keep you informed (by post, telephone, email or fax) of other FLA events, products and services.
