FLA’s Research and Statistics Department plays a key role in providing members with data by which they can assess current market trends and gauge where they are positioned within such markets.

Surveys on various aspects of members’ business are carried out on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. The regular monthly bulletins track new business, outstandings and arrears in the business, consumer and motor finance sectors.
