2010 ARROW and other FSA visits - Who should attend

Who should attend

During the supervisory relationship, the FSA will interview a number of key senior staff from the company. But FSA officials may also want to speak to more junior staff to satisfy themselves that policies and principles which are apparently adopted at senior level are actually implemented and understood throughout the organisation.

The course is therefore aimed at those with limited knowledge of the FSA regulatory regime as well as at those currently regulated who would benefit from updating their knowledge on the current and evolving regulatory environment. The course is likely to be of interest to directors and non-executive directors, senior management and those involved in regulation, compliance and risk management.
