Russell Kelsall, Senior Associate, Squire Sanders Hammond
Russell is a Senior Associate in Squire Saunders Hammonds’ Litigation and Financial Services practice based in the Leeds office. His expertise is in finance disputes, particularly consumer credit disputes, asset finance disputes and sale and supply of goods and services disputes.
He has considerable experience in the enforcement of regulated consumer credit and hire agreements, satisfactory quality claims and claims for wrongful interference with goods including conversion, negligence and trespass.
He provides compliance advice to financial institutions on consumer credit issues. Russell also regularly writes articles and provides training on consumer credit law. He is the author of ‘Consumer Credit Law: Law, Practice and Precedents’.
