Sally Coles has been involved in and around advice work and training for 30 years. Before setting up her own training & consultancy company based in Dorset in 2002, she worked for Shelter for 12 years. During her time at Shelter, she was responsible for managing, training and supervising six county court representation schemes. She has continued to work in the courts providing free lay advocacy to clients who are referred to her from a variety of organisations. Sally is an MAT and IMA approved trainer and specialises in designing and delivering training courses around best practice models. She has written various articles for advice sector journals and currently writes the abc of money advice column in Quarterly Account.
