Every guest attending the dinner are invited to the main pre-dinner drinks reception which takes place in the Ballroom.
In addition the sponsor will receive the following benefits:
- The sponsor will be offered one premium table location.
- Ten (10) invitations to the Chairman’s reception.
- The sponsor will have the opportunity to place branding throughout the Ballroom Foyer and the Ballroom during the pre-dinner drinks reception which takes place from 7.00pm - 7.45pm. Branding is subject to FLA guidelines and approval.
- Branded merchandise may be displayed in the Ballroom at cost to the sponsor, subject to FLA approval.
- The sponsor will receive a preview copy of the dinner booklet one week prior to the event.
- The sponsor’s logo will be on A5 table signage displayed.
- The sponsor’s logo will feature on all promotional materials in so far as practical.
- The FLA will ensure that the sponsor’s logo will appear on the event page on the FLA website, subject to FLA guidelines.
- The sponsor will have the opportunity to hyperlink their logo to a dedicated landing page on their website.
- During the dinner all sponsor logos will rotate on a loop and project on a 14ft screen within the Great Room.
- The sponsor’s logo will feature in the dinner booklet distributed to all guests attending the event.
