About this remote Conference
The FLA’s first Regulation Technology (RegTech) Conference on Tuesday 23 March 2021 will explore how technology is influencing change in financial services – both in response to the Covid-19 pandemic and in support of the economic recovery.
We will also hear a keynote presentation from the Open Banking Implementation Entity, as well as some insights from innovative firms working in the technology sector.
We will discuss some of the latest technological advancements to understand how these are impacting business models. This includes established models from firms using ‘traditional’ systems, and also newer market entrants with no ‘legacy’ systems. The sessions will consider how technology is being used across the customer journey – from underwriting decision making to collections & enforcement practices. We will also focus on issues around diversity and inclusion.
