The Effective Broker Oversight Workshop 2022 will take place on Wednesday 29 June (10am to 12.30pm). This will be an online event.
The new Consumer Duty will have far reaching implications for lenders and brokers, as the FCA introduces new requirements across the distribution chain to ensure good customers outcomes. This Workshop is designed to give a practical steer to firms on what impact the new Consumer Duty will have on broker oversight arrangements and how firms can prepare.
