Trainer: Caroline Wells

Caroline’s background is firmly rooted in customer service and dispute resolution, with a particular leaning towards customer experience, consumer vulnerability and complaints handling. As a consultant, she uses her practical and current experience in her workshops and training sessions.

As well as advising and working directly with firms, dispute resolution schemes and organisations within the public sector, Caroline also holds a number of appointed roles, these include: 

  • Customer Service and Vulnerability expert to the Money Advice Trust
  • Commissioner to Energy UK’s Customers in Vulnerable Circumstances Commission
  • Advisory Board Member to the Money and Mental Health Policy Institute
  • Independent Advisor to the Kent Police and Crime Commissioner
  • Member of CIVEA’s (The Civil Enforcement Association) Compliance, Adjudication and Review of Enforcement (CARE) Panel
