Researching human-factor risks in organisations, he advises on the regulation, measurement and reporting of conduct and culture. After audit practice in a Big Four firm, he ran risk communications initiatives in HM Civil Service, and led financial sector advocacy groups in Westminster and Brussels. He now works with professional standard-setting bodies worldwide.
