Following on from the success of our half-day Behavioural Economics course, the FLA is
pleased to announce an expanded programme on Regulatory Economics.

Looking at the approaches used by regulators, this interactive one-day course will examine
economic theory and data analytics to provide a comprehensive overview of regulatory
economics within financial services markets. It will use case studies to illustrate how this can
be applied by regulated organisations to improve governance and mitigate risk.
