Finance & Leasing Association Diversity Statement

The Finance & Leasing Association recognises that its employees are its most valuable asset. They make an enormous contribution to the FLA’s success as a trade body, and that contribution is enhanced by diversity of all kinds. The aim of the FLA is that all its employees should have the opportunity to develop and achieve their full potential and to contribute to the FLA's strategic objectives.
