Women in Finance Charter

By signing the Women in Finance Charter, the Finance & Leasing Association has formalised its ongoing commitment to ensuring gender balance in its Leadership Team.

As of September 2023, we have 42.8% female representation in senior management.

If recruitment is undertaken for this team, we will not let that level fall below 33%.

logoIn addition, all staff who recruit for the FLA will undertake appropriate diversity and inclusion training.  Recruitment agencies with whom we deal will also be required to have, and adhere to, acceptable diversity and inclusion policies when producing long-lists of potential applicants and be compliant with equalities legislation.

Using a range of different events, we will promote the Women in Finance Charter to our membership and produce good practice material on workplace diversity and inclusion for members’ use.

Our commitment to the Women in Finance Charter is part of our wider commitment to diversity, which recognises the importance of attracting, retaining and developing the best talent, regardless of age, ethnicity, culture beliefs, sexual orientation, identity or family status.
