What are consultations?

The Government or FCA will consult before bringing in new rules or regulations. This involves setting out their proposals for the affected sectors, and giving stakeholders the opportunity to comment. The FLA makes sure that our members’ views are heard by the UK and European policymakers and regulators who shape the business environment in which they operate.
