  • Terms implied into contracts, including satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, description and ownership
  • An overview of current consumer credit legislation, including terminating regulated agreements, issues affecting the recovery of assets and debts, connected lender liability, and the impact of the debtor’s right to withdraw from a credit agreement
  • An overview of current consumer credit rules and legislation and their impact on claims against third parties for the recovery of goods
